Flag Football Officials

WHAT TO EXPECT

Battle Orlando will be one of the most unique and largest flag football tournaments in the country. Our officials will be expected to be the best the United States can offer, have both playing experience as well as significant officiating experience in the primary format you will be officiating. Friday morning before the tournament begins, we will kick off the tournament with an officials meeting and walk-through at the fields to clear up any questions, address “grey area” rule enforcement, and address positioning on the field. Meal vouchers will be provided to all officials for each day of participation.

TRAVEL & LODGING

Lodging for officials will be provided by FFWCT for up to 4 nights, being Thursday, May 25th, 26th, 27th & 28th. You are not required to stay in our housing accommodations, but you must be present starting Friday morning at 8am through the last game of the tournament if required, around 6pm Sunday evening. Travel is not provided, so all officials must make their own arrangements for getting to the event itself, ideally Thursday night through Sunday evening (Monday is a Memorial Day).

ATTIRE

All officials must wear stripes full officials gear including stripes on top with black shorts, along with a whistle.
