Starting in June of 2017, we will be introducing a way for leagues and tournaments across the country to be a part of our Battle Circuit ™ series of tournament events feeding into Battle Orlando ™ in June of 2018. Below is a breakdown of what benefits and requirements are part of the program!
If you’re interested in submitting one or more of your leagues or tournaments to become an official Affiliated Event partner, fill out the form below by MAY 31st, 2017 and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
Battle Ratings™ & Points – Your league or tournament results will be included in our yearly Battle Ratings™ and Points program that is a huge draw for teams to participate and win free tournament entries and other rewards from the FFWCT!
FREE Bids – For every approved Affiliated Event you manage, we will provide (1) FREE entry to next years Battle Orlando™ tournament or any of our official Battle Circuit™ stops with approval. That’s right, we we DO NOT require you pay any bids yourself, but you may want to offer them as prizes to additional divisions or formats within your events.
Get Promoted – As an Affiliated Event, the FFWCT will add you to our event calendar and affiliated leagues page with a link back to your website, blast your event out to our over 100,000 social media followers, list you on a monthly email blast and more!
Combine with other Point Systems – Already giving out points or bids as part of a sanctioned USFTL, TAFF or other governing body’s organization? No problem! Our Affiliated Events are not mutually exclusive, and we have no problem you working with us and other organizations even within the same event. Our requirements and benefits make it easy to combine with others.
Get Paid to Send Teams – On top of getting a FREE bid to use as a reward, we’ll also provide you with an exclusive code to share with your players when you promote any of our upcoming tournaments that we’ll provide a giveback to your organization when used! Earn as much as $50 – $150 per team that signs up using your code for select events just for sharing!

Brand Awareness – The Flag Football World Championship Tour has quickly established itself as a market leader in the sport of flag football. Becoming and affiliated league or tournament instantly adds credibility along with benefits for participating that enhance your event and differentiate you from your competitors!
Must Be Established – No new leagues or tournaments will be accepted as a general rule. You must have an established league or tournament running history we can verify to be accepted.
Website Promotion – All Affiliated Events must have a website to promote from, no exceptions. All we ask is on your homepage you include your Affiliated Event seal with a link back to our website, along with on each event information or registration page which will add legitimacy to your event and provide information on what that means to your players.
Keep Accurate Records – As part of our ranking system, we require each event to submit the following information for each participating team within one week of the league or tournament end date: Team Name, Points Forced and Points against for every game, or Total Points Forced/Against and total games played, plus their final standings in the event. Without that information, rankings cannot be calculated properly and will not be included.
